Got going with the intention of getting in an easy 4 miler, keeping an easy 8:30 min/mile pace... but errr... didn't happen. Despite the stroller, my continued attempts to slow myself down, somehow I kept finding myself turning in miles in just under 8 mins. Cole seemed to love it though! He was giggling the whole time, taking in all the sights as we ran through the streets! We had a great time and got home in a great mood, just in time for din din and a shower! It was rough getting used to the BOB stroller, but now, it is so much fun to hit the road with Cole!!! So tomorrow has an easy track workout.
