Riding MT Carmel but decided to extend by staying on RT225 to RT210. Felt ok, meant for this to be a fairly easy ride, turned out to be a bit more than I expected, but overall ok. I really need some discipline to keep myself from going hard tomorrow. Perhaps the bachelor party tonight will leave me hurting enough tomorrow so that I won't be able to go hard? Out for a ride... 80 degrees again!
